These are the key questions that drive the development and implementation of all products and services of the Hawle Group. With the establishment of the subsidiary Hawle Service in 2016, an important milestone was achieved in completing the company’s own service portfolio relating to water, wastewater, and gas supply.

Since then, more than twenty service technicians have been deployed throughout Germany to carry out maintenance and servicing of pipelines and pipeline components. In this way, the service life of installed valves and connection components can be extended by many years while ensuring their continued functionality. As a DVGW (A) W 491-1 certified service provider, we not only carry out the inspection and maintenance of our own valves, but also of all other manufacturers’ products used in drinking water and gas distribution systems. In addition, our Hawle personnel perform key tasks in the field of house service connections.

An important part of our service offering is the continuous documentation of all service activities using the maintenance software “HawIS App.” This ensures that all completed work can be accessed and reviewed by us at any time when required.
