It is now taken for granted that when you turn on the tap, the required amount of water is immediately available and that even after heavy rainfall, the water can drain away in a controlled manner and be conveyed via the sewer system. However, this is only possible thanks to technically sophisticated storage and piping systems, which are planned and implemented in accordance with requirements by our specialists. We rely on sustainable, watertight shaft structures in which the complex technology is installed.

The body of all Hawle Kunststoff shafts consists of an impact-resistant and watertight profile-wound pipe made of PP or PE-HD and is produced at the company headquarters in Wiehl near Cologne in nominal sizes DN 300 to DN 3500. We save our customers time-consuming installation in the excavation pit by offering complete turnkey systems, i.e., including pre-installed fittings from our sister company Hawle Deutschland Armaturen GmbH.

The increased demand for these complete solutions prompted us in 2018 to open another production facility in the immediate vicinity of the quality leader in the field of heavy-duty fittings – Hawle Deutschland Armaturen GmbH – in order to make optimum use of the knowledge, experience and short distances.

With the acquisition of Kunststoff-Schweißtechnik Kainath in 2019, we are now expanding our range of services to include the planning, laying, and static design of plastic pipes, including those to and from shaft structures. Installation is carried out by our in-house trained plastic welders, who, with their many years of experience and the necessary expertise, also carry out the installation or replacement of fittings (e.g., gate valves).
